제자들을 택하심

[다번역성경찬송]

마태복음 9장

36 무리를 보시고 불쌍히 여기시니 이는 그들이 목자 없는 양과 같이 고생하며 기진함이라 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

37 이에 제자들에게 이르시되 추수할 것은 많되 일꾼이 적으니 Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

38 그러므로 추수하는 주인에게 청하여 추수할 일꾼들을 보내 주소서 하라 하시니라 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."

마태복음 10장

1 예수께서 그의 열두 제자를 부르사 더러운 귀신을 쫓아내며 모든 병과 모든 약한 것을 고치는 권능을 주시니라 He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.

2 ○열두 사도의 이름은 이러하니 베드로라 하는 시몬을 비롯하여 그의 형제 안드레와 세베대의 아들 야고보와 그의 형제 요한, These are the names of the twelve apostles: first, Simon (who is called Peter) and his brother Andrew; James son of Zebedee, and his brother John;

3 빌립과 바돌로매, 도마와 세리 마태, 알패오의 아들 야고보와 다대오, Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus;

4 가나안인 시몬 및 가룟 유다 곧 예수를 판 자라 Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him.

1. 예수님의 제자들은 세상적 시각으로는 특출함이 없는 이들
-바돌로매(나다나엘):교법사
-마태:세리
-시몬:가나나인(열심당원, http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zealotry )
-그외:대부분 어부들

2. 제자와 사도 -제자:스승의 뜻을 따르는 자
-사도:보내지는 자(ex.사도 바울)
-예수님은 보내기(파송하기) 위해 제자로 부르셨다
(파송은 하나님을 모르는 이들에게 하나님과 예수님의 의를 드러내는 것을 의미한다. 거리적 개념은 중요하지 않다.)

※우리는 예수님을 닮아가는 제자여야 하며, 사도로 살아가야 함을 잊지말자.
